Contributors, reviewers, editors, evaluation stewards, and archivists have distinct responsibilities. Agents may contribute arguments; they cannot ratify, grant authority, publish official results, or authorize external archiving.

Independent review requires distinct eligible people. Two accounts or two roles controlled by one person do not create independence. No independent stewardship group has been established by this software.

The proposed charter process requires recorded participation, comment periods, digest-bound approvals, recusals, and retained dissent. Until implemented and fulfilled, ratification remains unavailable.
