Participation terms have not been approved. The responsible people must review the project participation terms before invitations and contributions open. Reading the proposed charter is not a pledge of agreement.

Discussion publication and open archival licensing are separate decisions. No archival license is inferred from participation. Initial participation is intended for adults, subject to reviewed policy.
